Commercial schedule / version 2026-07-v1

The limits are part of the product.

Effective 11 July 2026 for the Founding Featured Listing. Public checkout opens once ownership checks, operator identity, billing and activation are all verified working, and not before.

Plain-English commercial core

AUD $10 monthly buys one non-exclusive, clearly disclosed priority listing on the exact eligible pages shown before checkout. It does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, jobs or a fixed numbered rank.

01

The product

A Founding Featured Listing is a paid placement attached to one business listing. While the subscription is active, the business receives priority over free listings on eligible NearMe pages, a visible Featured disclosure and a direct website link where the listing contains one.

It is not business-identity verification, an endorsement of the business, an exclusive territory, a guaranteed numbered position, a lead package or a promise of traffic, enquiries or jobs.

02

Eligible pages and ordering

Before checkout, NearMe shows the exact pages included in the accepted offer. A page counts only when its site supports Featured Listings and a current automated check confirms the placement is live and working. Pages that are registered but unreachable are not represented as included.

Featured listings rank above free listings. More than one business may be Featured for the same trade and area. Within the Featured group, ordering follows fixed rules: plan weight, founding activation time, existing organic factors and a stable business identifier. Buying this plan does not buy a fixed number-one position.

03

Authority to buy and manage

The buyer must sign in as a named user and be authorised to manage the business listing. NearMe may verify authority through a listed business email, listed public business mobile, domain DNS evidence or an operator review. Supplying a new email or phone number is not proof of ownership by itself.

Ownership, the public listing data, the subscription and the paid placement are separate things. Ending payment removes only the paid placement; it does not erase the public business listing, a correction or an independent data-verification decision.

04

Price, renewal and cancellation

The founding plan is AUD $10 per month for one business listing. The exact tax treatment, operator identity and total are shown by Stripe before payment. Promotion codes are disabled for this plan. Checkout remains unavailable unless the approved recurring Stripe price matches AUD $10 monthly.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. An authorised business member can open the Stripe billing portal from the provider account. Cancellation scheduled for period end keeps the placement active until Stripe reports that the paid period has ended. A return to a cancel URL is not, by itself, proof that no payment occurred or that an active subscription was cancelled.

05

Availability and changes

NearMe may add, remove or temporarily disable pages as the network changes. A page that stops working is never silently displayed as an active placement. Material changes to these terms are versioned and require a fresh acceptance for a new checkout.

If a payment succeeds but activation is delayed, NearMe records the payment and retries the activation. The buyer must not be asked to pay again for the same checkout while recovery is pending.

06

Public records, corrections and removal

NearMe business records are compiled from public business information. A business does not need to subscribe to request a correction or removal. Paid placement never purchases the right to keep inaccurate information online.

A Featured label is a commercial disclosure, not a statement about licence, insurance, work quality or fitness for a job. Customers must make their own checks before engaging a provider.

07

Separate products

Pay-per-lead advertising, external publisher revenue share and any future membership or exclusivity product are separate pilots with separate contracts. They are not included in the Founding Featured Listing and are not activated merely because a business buys this plan. The postcode bundle provider product is one of those separate products: its own plain-English schedule is published at /offer/terms and governs bundle purchases only.

Customer enquiry handling is governed by the consent and delivery state shown at the time. A request that was only recorded or queued must not be represented as delivered to a provider.

08

Liability, support and law

NearMe provides a directory and placement service. Providers are independent businesses; NearMe is not a party to their quote, contract or work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The verified legal operator name, ABN and service details must be displayed before public checkout is enabled. Until then, these terms describe the product as offered at launch and no public payment is taken. Questions, corrections, cancellation support and disputes can be sent to support@nearme-ads.com. These terms are governed by South Australian law.
